CosmoCaixa, the new Museu de la Ciència established by
Fundació "la Caixa", is located at 47-51, Carrer
Teodor Roviralta, in Barcelona's Sarrià St. Gervasi district.
The museum occupies an emblematic site at the foot of Mount Collserola
adjoining the "Ronda de Dalt" ring road.
The site has a total area of 47,600 m2, of which 30,000 m2 is
devoted to content open to the public.

From "El Prat" Airport to "Plaça de Catalunya" station
The recommended method is to get to Plaça de Catalunya
from the airport by train, by the "Blue Bus" or by taxi.
The train (renfe) leaves the railway station close to the airport
every 30 minutes, it gets to the downtown in less than 25 minutes.
The Blue Bus (labeled "Aeroport") leaves the airport
every 15 minutes and takes 20-25 minutes to arrive to Plaça
de Catalunya (its end destination). By taxi the drive takes about
15 to 20 minutes.
From "Plaça de Catalunya" to "Cosmocaixa"
Once in Plaça Catalunya you may use any of the public transports mentioned above to reach Cosmocaixa. Perhaps the most convenient one is Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC): get off in Avinguda del Tibidabo Station (see the symbol of FGC marked above Plaça Kennedy in the local map below). From here, the Cosmocaixa museum (the blue zone with a white star in the map) is at
walking distance (5-10 min).
From the Physics Faculty of the UB - Bus 60
Take the line 60-PL. GLORIES / Z. UNIVERSITARIA of Bus at the station Av Diagonal -Metro Zona Universitària and after 10 stops you must get off at Bosch i Alsina-Pl Central
