The members of the Special Research Center in Astrophysics, Particle Physics and Cosmology are ordinary and associated professors and researchers who participate in the activities of the participating groups.

The Council of the Center integrates all its members.

The direction and management are conducted by the Council of the Center, the Director and the Deputy Director. It also exists a Permanent Comission integrated for (from 18.02.05):
